At the foot of each page of a thread, when a new page starts I think it would be good if it told you there was another page. I and at least one other "nibbler" have been caught out adding comments to posts in the middle of a thread because we thought it was the end of the thread.

I actually had a code installed before v5 was released that would prevent the quick reply box from appearing on any page except for the last one, which seemed to have helped with that incident. But I'd probably have to request it at the Support site now because I haven't seen that same code yet. In the meantime, keep your eye on the top of the screen, where there's a bar that says how many pages there are in the thread. You can click to the last one from there. I'll keep this thread updated on the status of the request for that other code though. Right now that's all I can do, as I don't think there's a way to move that bar to the bottom of each page.
