Hmmmm.... If anybody can think of good ways to advertise forums. All there really is to do is post on other peoples forums and places like "advertise your site".
But "Advertise Your Site" is so big that chances of anyone finding your site are slim..... any new ideas anybody?

I do believe that you need to advertise a lot in one post (take my Teenage Help Site, for example. I am going on the radio tonight to advertise).
Like, explain what your site is about, what you have to offer, etc.

I agree with Spammer. I really am not sure how to get your board advertised. What I do is post alot on PB Support and join alot of forums and put a link to ur site in your signature on all of them.. it's a bigger chance that someone will click on it... I guess you could also try submitting it to search engines, some do it for free. that's about all I can think of... oh and just tell your friends to tell their friends and so on.

I saw another site that had an "official advertiser".
Not a bad idea but i don't have the man power at my site for that...

Best way is to have friends tell friends about it, then form a loyal base and work from there ^^
