Ugh, this is so annoying... at my apartment, my porch has this big wall surrounding it.. and on the outside of that is alot of bushes... well they must attract wasps... because there have been like a ton of them swarming around those bushes these past few days.. when I get home, I just sit in my car for awhile because I am so afraid of wasps.. lol.. I almost got stung by one when I first moved here... so I just sit there and gather up my courage and finally just run up the stairs and through the gate to my door... I'm really getting annoyed at having to do that every time I come home... ???

Really, wasps dont bother me much until they build a nest on/around the house. Then you find dead everywhere and you get stung a couple times. Then theres a frost and they all die.

lol... but THIS is Texas... they don't know what frost is ^^ And yeah, bee-like critters can get irritating. We once had a yellow jacket hive under our siding by the front door. But it kept door-to-door solicitors away We didn't mind them that much unless they flew in the door. It was a bit annoying. In the end we had to exterminate them just because they began to eat away at the inside of the house.

Never really have those bee problems here in Colorado. But I do live in the mile high city, maybe the altitude has something to do with it.
